PRODUCT RETURN AGREEMENT

“VIHYPER” / “VIHYPER IT services”, which operates as a service provider on electronic media, and the person who receives services from it, orders, receives support and provides all its activities by the service provider, will be referred to as “service Alan and customer” in the continuation of the contract.

1-SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

Business the content of this agreement is the application of the customer receiving the service for the termination, cancellation and return of the products purchased.

2-VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT

VIHYPER offers a refund within 3 business days for the services it provides. A maximum of 3 days must pass through the date of purchase of the product. Return contract cannot be used for expired product purchases.

For the products and services and elements contained above, VIHYPER has been declared beyond the scope of returnability.

The customer, who specifies the balance or return format installed on the system for the purchase of products and services as a balance, cannot request a cash refund through VIHYPER.

The balance is transferred to VIHYPER records as the customer undertakes to make purchases through the company and as a prepayment.

4.1-ARTICLE OF THE CONCEPT OF CONDITIONS BASED ON THE ELEMENTS IN WHICH THE RETURN APPLIES

Elements other than the VIHYPER technical support service cannot be made by the customer to Vihyper by giving up and trying to get a refund, arbitrarily giving up, the program does not work in the first place and does not work in the next stages, and the termination of the service of its own elements. Such applications cause the return to be invalidated.

4.2-FORMS OF RETURN OF OTHER ELEMENTS IN WHICH THE RETURN APPLIES

THE PRODUCT RETURN AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO FORCE WHEN THE CUSTOMER APPROVED THE CONTENT OF THE SERVICE AGREEMENT THAT HE READ DURING THE PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT AND DECLARED THAT IT WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER.
